2018 is now here and I ask myself the question what do my clientele want in a real estate agent. Obviously customer service is at the top of the list and I believe availability is a close second but there are more things(tools if you will) to help them make the decisions that they need to make in order to get what THEY need. We, as realtors have to remember that it’s ALL about the client. We are just the purveyors of a vast amount of information they we need to disseminate as they navigate towards their reality. So I ask my blogging public what do YOU need from me in order for you to make your reality happen? This is something I NEED to know to be better at what I do. I have to remember always that’s it’s about you and not myself.
I have to remember that I need YOU in order to be successful. Along the way I will learn “new” ideas, concepts and strategies to help me to be better at what I do. But I need your help. When we work together we forge a “relationship” that lasts throughout the transaction and beyond. That’s what real estate is all about. It’s a relational business. As I approach this year in business my main focus is being the best that I can be. Like I said before I need you. We need each other. Let’s make this year be the very best!!!
